The ASBMR is a professional, scientific and medical society established to bring together clinical and experimental scientists who are involved in the study of bone and mineral metabolism.
Recently, Dr. Li Defang’s abstract “Osteoclast-derived exosomal miR-214 inhibits osteoblastic bone formation” has been selected as plenary presentation at the ASBMR 2015 Annual Meeting. Furthermore, after a stringent peer review, the work has been highly valued and Dr. Li Defang has been selected to receive the Young Investigator Award at the ASBMR annual meeting, October 9-12, 2015 at the Washington State Convention Center in Seattle, Washington, USA.
One thing deserved to be mentioned is that Dr. Li is the only one of award winners in many participators from the universities and colleges in Hong Kong.
