Ph.D. student Liang Chao in TMBJ has been selected to receive the Young Investigator Award at “the American Society for Bone and Mineral Research” (ASBMR) 2014 annual meeting.

The ASBMR is a professional, scientific and medical society established to bring together clinical and experimental scientists who are involved in the study of bone and mineral metabolism. Recently, Mr. Liang Chao’s abstract “Aptamer-Functionalized Lipid Nanoparticles (LNPs) Targeting Osteoblasts as a Novel RNA Interference-Based Bone Anabolic Strategy” has been selected as oral presentation at the ASBMR 2014 Annual Meeting. Furthermore, after a stringent peer review, the work has been highly valued and Mr. Liang Chao has been selected to receive the Young Investigator Award at the ASBMR annual meeting, September12-15, 2014 at the George R. Brown Convention Center in Houston, Texas, USA.
