香港浸会大学骨与关节疾病转化医学研究所副所长张戈教授及其团队成员李芳菲博士，梁超博士，吴晓昊先生及王璐瑶小姐参加了2016年10月19日至22日于重庆举办的第八届国际骨质疏松及骨矿盐疾病学术会议。张戈教授获邀做大会专题发言，介绍了“Osteoclast-derived exosomal miR-214 inhibits bone formation”的研究工作。梁超博士口头报告了题为“Inhibition of osteoblastic Smurf1 promotes bone formation in distinctive individuals with age-related osteoporosis”的研究工作，并荣获最佳论文奖。吴晓昊先生及王璐瑶小姐分别口头报告了题为“Alterations of Gut Microbiome in Rheuma toid Arthritis”和“Tumor cell-targeted delivery of CRISPR/Cas9 by aptamer-functionalized lipopolymer for therapeutic genome editing of VEGFA in osteosarcoma”的研究工作，均荣获Webster Jee旅行奖。
